Google Analytics

On the Site we use Google Analytics, a third-party analytic tool which uses cookies to measure, analyze, and report on access to and usage of our Site. Pittsburgh Yards uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Site. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Site.

Privacy Rights for California Residents

Shine the Light Requests. If you are a California resident, California law allows you to request that we tell you what categories of PI we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the previous twelve (12) months, and to whom we disclosed them. If you are California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request via email to privacy@pittsburghyards.com using the subject line “California Shine the Light Request.”

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals under the California Online Protection Act (CalOPPA). We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
