Long-awaited Pittsburgh Yards Project to Break Ground This Weekend

A long-awaited project in south Atlanta’s Pittsburgh neighborhood is set to kick off this weekend.

The “Pittsburgh Yards” mixed-use project will celebrate its groundbreaking March 10. It’s coming to a 31-acre site at 352 University Avenue.

The Annie E. Casey Foundation owns the property along the future Atlanta Beltline’s Southside Trail. It will partner on the development with Columbia Core Partners, a joint venture between Columbia Ventures and The Core Venture Studio.
