Agenda for Farmers Market Working Group

• Finalizing the design for the flyers
• Organizing canvassing schedule for March. (Days, Times, Duration, Meeting Place, and plan of execution)
• Marketing Strategies
• Begin to think thru the different aspects of the Market. (Clothing Makers Fashion Show, Art Show, and Film Makers Festival)
• Making the Official RFS for all potential Makers and Farmers

Agenda for History and Art Working Group

• Grafite: Welcome/introductions
• Artists present project overviews and updates/describe community involvement/and list any assistance they require
• Compilation of tentative timeline for completion of projects (to present at next Pittsburgh Yards update meeting)
• Grafite discusses tentative installation timelines relative to grand opening
