2024 Highlights: Pittsburgh Yards Is Where Community & Business Thrive!

What a year it’s been at Pittsburgh Yards! From growth and exciting new businesses to community events that brought us all together, 2024 has been all about collaboration, connection, and making things happen.

Event Highlights:

    • The ADAMAATL Museum Showcases creativity and art in the Nia Building with new exhibitions and art salons throughout the year.
    • ReImagine Video Production: Capturing the unique experiences happening at Pittsburgh Yards.
    • Invest Atlanta Networking Mixers: Helping businesses find resources, funding, and new opportunities.
    • Wellness Focus by Urban Oak Initiative: Creating space for health and wellness for our members.
    • The Container Courtyard’s Big Debut: Welcoming new businesses like Pink Pothos and Aztec Cycles to the Yards!
    • I Am Built for This by Ronda Flynn Wow: Empowering entrepreneurs and business owners to level up.
    • The Nia Fest – Pittsburgh Community Market and NPU-Vegan: Celebrating the local vibe with wellness, shopping, and fun!
    • Our Village United: Hosting two events each month for Pittsburgh Yards businesses and entrepreneurs, providing programs, cohorts, resources, and some of the best parties for the community.
    • The Food Studio: We’ve celebrated monumental moments like The Food Studio’s groundbreaking, marking a new chapter in our community’s growth.
    • The Container Courtyard at Pittsburgh Yards: We also witnessed the Container Courtyard at Pittsburgh Yards take shape with the exciting drop of our first containers – Pink Pothos and Aztec Cycles. They joined Fortas Homes in the Container Courtyard. These milestones pave the way for even more innovative businesses and creative spaces at Pittsburgh Yards.

Partnerships & Collaborations:

We’ve worked hard this year to bring businesses together, like Your CrescendoGet HypeBrag Dream Team, Next Gen ATL, STE(A)M Truck, The Literacy Lab,  and Weathered Not Worn, all working side-by-side to support each other and elevate the community. Shoutout to our Program PartnersOur Village United and Invest Atlanta, for providing invaluable resources and support to our businesses.

Monthly Events:

Pittsburgh Yards hosts about 15 events, programs, and more every month. These include workshops, networking mixers, wellness events, and much more, making Pittsburgh Yards a true community hub  where people can come together, learn, and grow.

Looking Ahead:

  1. We’re ending the year with exciting events like the Women Engaged Annual BrunchThe Luxe Style Experience, and the Annual Night Market from The Pittsburgh Community Market. 
  2. 🛍️ The Luxe Experience, WOW! – Over twenty-five Black-owned businesses and vendors, ninety percent women-owned businesses, in The Nia Building for a Christmas Holiday Bazaar.
  3. A massive shoutout to Your Crescendo’s Nia Forward Brunch, named after the Nia Building at Pittsburgh Yards! It’s the perfect way to end the year, celebrating community and entrepreneurship at its best.

What’s Next:

We’re just getting started! We can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store for Pittsburgh Yards. If you’re not already a part of the Yards community, now is the perfect time to jump in and experience what’s happening here. Join us as we continue to create opportunities, build connections, and support local businesses.
