On May 3rd, 2025, Organized by The Atlanta Beltline, the event hosts are The Pittsburgh Community Market, with Atlanta Indie Market and The Happy Black Parent are bringing you an exciting Lantern Parade and Family Fun Event!
Kids will kick off the event at Pittsburgh Yards, on The James Bridges Field where they’ll show off their hand-crafted lanterns, led by the incredible Atlanta Ol’ Skool Drummers. They’ll parade around Pittsburgh Yards® and part of the Southside Beltline Trail, lighting up the early evening with their vibrant creations. After the lantern parade, families can continue the celebration as they head toward Adair Park for the official Atlanta Beltline Lantern Parade.
This is the perfect event for families, creatives, and anyone who wants to experience the heart of Atlanta. 🎉 Come for the lantern parade, stay for the music, food, and performances along the Beltline!
